Privacy Policy

Clair Lewoski who runs Cambridge Adult Therapy is a data controller and processor, meaning she  collects information on those offered a service and processes that information. All records are kept securely and are only seen by Clair Lewoski. Exceptions to this are if Clair was worried about the safety you or someone else for example, a  child. Personal data is only used to provide a service to you. Only essential personal data is collected e.g. your contact details, date of birth, reason for referral. Anonymised notes are kept of any other data and are hand written and stored securely. The only electronic records that are kept are emails to you. Plus invoices to you and/or receipts are also kept electronically. All electronic data relating to you is encrypted. Records are kept for 7 years and then destroyed. Clair Lewoski works in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulations (2018) and is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office ico.org.uk
